Certified Community Behavioral Health Center

CCBHC, Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, offers mental health and substance use outpatient services from ages 3 across the lifespan. It offers individual, family and group therapies as well as psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring and MAT. CCBHC offers peer support services, case management, care coordination, psychiatric rehabilitation, services for veterans, crisis services and physical health screenings. Evidenced based practices are utilized to demonstrate high quality services. The program, both in the community and on site offers wrap around services to provide a person-centered, trauma informed approach to care.

ICWC, Integrated Community Wellness Center, offers mental health and substance use outpatient services from ages 3 across the lifespan.
