NET’s Violence Intervention Program (VIP)
Northeast Treatment Centers (NET), in partnership with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) has partnered together to stop the scourge of community violence amongst young people in North Central and Eastern North Philadelphia (22nd & 25th police districts). Through this partnership, NET received 950K over three years to ensure quality programming in the above service areas for youth ages 12-18.
Allowable Programs
We welcome a wide range of creative, innovative, and engaging programming ideas to fund through this award opportunity. Through boundless creativity and innovation, what could you offer to the youth of these communities? We welcome every idea from mentoring, job readiness and placement, cultural and academic enrichment, STEM programs, vocational/trades, and much more.
Funding
Eligible and selected providers will be funded at a rate of $81.00 dollars per hour up to a maximum daily allocation of $650.00. Overall duration, days of the programs are solely based on the provider of services and their program design/model, program hours should be after school hours. When applying, please include in your proposal:

- Space needs, if any (must be in the 22nd or 25th police districts)
- Deliverables and Potential Outcomes
