Roberto Duarte is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in child welfare, having held various pivotal roles at the Department of Human Services (DHS) in Philadelphia. In addition to his extensive experience in direct service, Roberto holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). This unique combination of social work principles and business acumen has allowed him to drive organizational change, sustainability, and strategic growth throughout his career.

As the Executive Director of the Office of Children and Youth in Montgomery County, PA, Roberto played a key role in managing and improving services during the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing operational challenges, and implementing critical changes to ensure the well-being of children in the community. Later, as the Executive Director of the Early Learning Resource Center in Philadelphia, he oversaw comprehensive early childhood education services, ensuring accessibility, equity, and quality care for families across the region.
