Drug & Alcohol Assessments & Referrals – ACCESS POINT

Access Point* is an Intake, Evaluation, and Referral walk – in service designed to intervene on behalf of individuals needing a drug and alcohol assessment and placement coordination for substance use disorder treatment. We are open 7am-11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We support individuals in need of intervention with a multi-disciplinary team that consist of nurses, counselors, peer specialist, and care coordinators. Transportation to the next level of care is provided.

What to Bring:

Any medical clearance documentation from recent hospitalizations and or wound care

One small bookbag with clothing and toiletries necessary for your next level of care admission

Medication and allergies list

* Individuals who are in psychiatric crisis are not appropriate for Access Point.
