Integrated Community Wellness Center

NET Centers operates an Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) at our Columbus Boulevard location. As such, the Outpatient Mental Health Services and Addictions Services offered at this location are enhanced as part of the ICWC. The ICWC is a pilot program being implemented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH).

The program is designed to integrate behavioral health with physical health care, increase consistent use of evidence-based practices, and improve access to high quality care. In addition to quality mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment NET offers at the Spring Garden site, enhanced supports include same day access as needed; access to a physical health screen; care coordination with physical health and other community providers; access to case management and peer supports as needed; and improved coordination of care with an array of community partners.
